I downloaded "Drake - Hotline Bling (TMU Throwback Intro)" but when listening to it something sounded off with the quality. So I checked the audio spectrum and its actually a 128kbps track that has been re-encoded to 320kbps. You can see from this attached screenshot that the frequencies are capped at 16Khz apart from the TMU added intro and outro. Could you please upload a full quality version. Thanks.
